HITEK CAFM is by far one of the best Facilities Management platforms that we have used. It allows us not only to raise service requests on the go, but it also gives us complete real-time visibility of the Facilities Management service being delivered for the Pakistan Pavilion. With regards to HITEK’S BMS, this feature helps our Maintenance Team to ensure that all of the buildings’s assets are performing to the design parameters, 24/7. In addition, using HITEK’s footfall sensors has allowed us to measure accurately, the number of people that have visited our pavilion. We have received around 750,000 visitors by mid-January 2022.
